A lively 60 min class that uses intention, breath work (pranayama), and postures (asanas) to invigorate the body mind and jumpstart the weekend. The adult class is open to all levels and taught with the beginner in mind but will have vigorous flows and inversion options for more seasoned yogis. Yoga mat and pillow required, blocks optional.
