A 75 minute group coaching class that explores awareness and intention as tools to building a positive mindset and includes mindful breathing and sensory awareness exercises. Concepts to be discussed include Monitoring of Awareness, Recognizing Stress Arousal Symptoms, Self-Soothe Techniques for Returning to Homeostasis, Intentional Thinking, and more. Participation in the group discussion is optional. Journal suggested.
