A gentle yoga class for bodies recovering from injuries or grappling with the physical limitations of age. This hour class will use a combination of gratitude, breathwork, and adaptive yoga postures to lift spirits and maintain a healthy range of motion. Yoga mat and pillow required, blocks optional.
